Our theme for this circle is: Birth Stories

Are you missing the circle of women in your community to safely share your birth story, and initiation into a Mother, while juggling the challenges and joys?

Do you feel waves of frustration, rage and grief from processing your birth and all the emotions of becoming a Mother, that you need to be held and shed? Do you crave a container to share your wins and positive stories without judgement.

All birth experiences welcome, including abortion, early birth and live birth.

We will join in circle to ground ourselves, meditate, journal, share and connect. 

Please bring: 

🖊 a notepad and pen

🪑 a cushion to sit on 

💧 a water bottle

🌸 a flower or other small personal totem to add to the alter (this will be returned to you at the end)

❤️ an open heart
