Service Description

- 2-3 hours per day, 2 days per week for 3 weeks - Birth debrief - 1 weeks worth of home made meals - Lactation counselling - In home support with feeding and settling your baby and learning their cues - Assistance with older siblings, light housework and meal preparation - Caring for baby while you shower or rest - Resources and referrals to support services - Herbal postpartum care package from Blissful Herbs
